We also now offer training session for pairs and small groups working towards a similar goal.

We condition athletes to be stronger, more flexible, more powerful, and with reduced chances of injury. They will be faster, have increased agility, endurance and better posture.

All of our staff are certified under the Poliquin institute and personally taught by the worlds leading strength coach Charles Poliquin. We use a lot of his principles and combine that with what we have learnt from the other masters we have studied under.  We work with rugby payers, footballers, rowers, mountain bikers, motocoss riders and much much more. If you want to get the edge in your sport then we are well placed to offer world class staff, world class facilities and world class equipment.

You are very different bio chemically speaking from every other person who ever was or ever will be? Your body’s make up is as unique as your fingerprints. This doesn’t just mean what we take for granted on the outside but also the stuff you don’t see on the inside. That means the size and function of your organs but also the way our bodies process foods and utilize nutrients. Throughout evolution we have adapted to widely varying environmental circumstances including climates and food supplies. Our needs for different foods is as unique as everything else we take for granted. Though metabolic typing we can offer a unique diet plan designed to bring your body back to balance. This is a brilliant addition to the Biosignature program or can be done on its own.

Class timetable

 

Team Breakthrough are pleased to announce that we are now offering a growing class timetable to make our specialist services available to more people. The current timetable reads as follows:

Mondays – 6.30pm – Applied Strongman training for sport with Dan

Wednesday – body composition for mixed genders and all abilities ideal for fat loss, run by Dan.

Saturday – 9.30am – body composition mixed gender all abilities welcome

 

All classes are £10 per head and payments for the month are taken on your first session of the month. The classes are kept to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure appropriate attention. These do fill up quick so let us know if you fancy coming to any of these exciting groundbreaking classes.
