Strong – Another signature class using free weights, resistance machines, strongman equipment and bodyweight exercises to build strength and endurance. A fun and effective way to lose body fat and increase muscle tone. Here you could be doing partner work, supersets, bi-sets, tri-sets, 6/12/25’s, GVT, upper/lower, even giant sets. This will vary each week to keep your body guessing and maximise your results. This All abilities are welcome and sessions are modified for beginners.
